About Nefesh L'Nefesh

So many families are experiencing the impact of cognitive and memory challenges. Those who are directly impacted need care and opportunities for community and purposeful activities. Those who are caregivers need to connect with others to share resources, exchange advice, and receive support to live with the daunting responsibilities that come with this stage in life.

Nefesh L’Nefesh welcomes individuals from across the Greater Seattle Area who are connected to someone living with cognitive impairment. Our programs are open to everyone—regardless of synagogue affiliation or religious background. Whether you’re part of another congregation or not currently affiliated, you are welcome here.
